One step is a performance piece consisting of a hand crafted tea set, table, and place mat. The accompanying tea pouring ceremony represents a way of being that my grandfather employed throughout his everyday life.

The tea table and tea set create an immersive sound experience through pouring, cleaning, and moving the ceramic pieces around in the performance.
